Español: La prestación de servicios públicos no es un capricho de los ayuntamientos, sino una obligación constitucional para la que los gobiernos municipales han sido elegidos. Para cumplir ese deber es imprescindible que las entidades locales cuenten con la autonomía necesaria y un sistema de financiación diferente, como ha subrayado el concejal de Economía y Hacienda, Carlos Sánchez Mato, durante la clausura de las Jornadas Municipalistas por una Financiación Justa que se celebran en Valencia. |
