| Description |
English: Ryde Pier - Here Comes my FastCat View from Ryde Pier, across Spithead, to Portsmouth. The Spinnaker Tower can be seen in the centre of picture. I caught the FastCat with ease; my only criticism of the service is that the boarding ramps are only wide enough to enable single file movement on/off the vessel. Whilst the journey time is slower than the hovercraft, the route is longer and more interesting. In open water the FastCat is just that! |
