Description Ryan Deckert, former member of the Oregon State Senate and also of the Oregon House, in March 2013. The photo was taken at a ceremony in which Governor Kitzhaber signed a bill that would have provided funding for Oregon's share of replacing the Interstate 5 Bridge, commonly known as the Columbia River Crossing, had that project not later been canceled (in July 2013).
