English: Russian General Staff head Standart
Русский: Штандарт начальника Генерального штаба Вооруженных Сил Российской Федерации - первого заместителя Министра обороны Российской Федерации Учрежден приказом Министра обороны Российской Федерации от 10 августа 1999 года №348 «Об учреждении штандарта начальника Генерального штаба Вооруженных Сил Российской Федерации».

«Полотнище штандарта квадратное, белого цвета. В центре каждой стороны полотнища в медальоне красного цвета - эмблема Вооруженных Сил Российской Федерации. Медальон окаймлен золотым венком из лавровых и дубовых листьев. От центра к углам каждой стороны полотнища расходятся лучи черно-оранжевого цвета: черного цвета - к боковым краям полотнища, оранжевого - к верхнему и нижнему. Ширина лучей по краям полотнища равна 1/4 его ширины. Ширина венка равна 2/3 ширины полотнища.

Размер стороны полотнища (без бахромы) - 130 см».
