Summary

[edit]
Description
English: This is the title of this ironically image appeared in the Parisian Figaro in occasion of the outbreak of the Russo-Japanese war. The mock image is trying to say that small Japan was a bold undertaking, sent an ultimatum to strong Russia, and with war threatened. It's one so a dangerous business, as if it is a Japanese artist, a weak bamboo would go over the sea and on the other side would a huge bear waiting him. During the war, however, the clever little Japan thoroughly handled with the bear.
