Description
English: Issue of the Russian of the Denikin Government, used in Odessa: 'OДECCA *14а' -6 4 20. Michel #3B block of four. Postmark applied by the Soviets, Odessa was taken by Denikin August 10, 1919 but reoccupied by the Soviets on January 25 1920. The South Russian Government was dissolved on March 30,1920.
