Front purple boxed military censor hand stamps 'OPENED by MILITARY CENSOR'. Circular purple censor hand stamp 'MILITARY CENSOR KOLOMENCEV 13 9 16'. Reverse another purple boxed military censor handstamp 'OPENED by MILITARY CENSOR PETROGRAD No. 578'. Censor tape applied at right 'PETROGRAD MILITARY CENSOR'. Reverse transits Petrograd (17-09-16 and 19-10-16) and receiver Stockholm (27-10-16). Cover has been delayed on purpose by censor authorities, transit time 1.5 month.
