English: Russia 1916-09-11 censored commercial cover sent from Kiev to stockholm Sweden. Franked 10 kopecks, cancelled by machine 'KIEV 11.9.16.'. Front purple boxed military censor hand stamps 'OPENED by MILITARY CENSOR'. Circular purple censor hand stamp 'MILITARY CENSOR KOLOMENCEV 13 9 16'. Reverse another purple boxed military censor handstamp 'OPENED by MILITARY CENSOR PETROGRAD No. 578'. Censor tape applied at right 'PETROGRAD MILITARY CENSOR'. Reverse transits Petrograd (17-09-16 and 19-10-16) and receiver Stockholm (27-10-16). Cover has been delayed on purpose by censor authorities, transit time 1.5 month.
