Description
Čeština: Autor fotografie Jiří Zelenka. Ruské vejce - originální receptura z roku 1962. ČSN 50201. Základem je kopeček vlašského salátu s půlkou vařeného vejce přelitého majonézovým přelivem ozdobeným kaviárem a snítkou zelené petržele. Salát se obložil kornoutkem salámu, vějířkem okurky a plátkem rajčete. V ČSSR bylo ruské vajíčko připravené v nízkém plastovém kelímku. V restauracích bylo ruské vejce připravené na dezertním talířku. Vhodná příloha bílé pečivo nebo chléb. Czech Republic.
