[edit]Miss Lindauer Bride Of Rudolph Hecht. Supper and Reception Held in Swiss Chalet After Ceremony. Miss Gladys Stanley Lindauer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cleveland Lindauer, of Teaneck, was married yesterday afternoon to Rudolph Hecht, son of Mrs. Mary Hecht, of Haledon. The wedding took place in the Methodist Episcopal church of Leonia, the Rev. Dr. Charles Kemble officiating. A supper and reception for the wedding party and friends took place at the Swiss Chalet. Mr. Lindauer gave his daughter in marriage. She wore a gown of white satin trimmed with rose point lace. Her tulle veil was arranged in cap fashion, held in place by a wreath of orange blossoms. She carried gardenias and valley lilies. Miss Hazel Marshall of Woodcliff was the maid of honor. She wore a gown of pink crepe trimmed with fox. She carried roses and chrysanthemums. Cornelius T. Hecht, of Rosemont, brother of the groom, was best man. Ushers were Edward Davis Prescott, Melvin H. Stagg, A. William Ensko and Charles Freudenberg. After a trip through the Southern states, Mr. and Mrs. Hecht will reside in Leonia.
