Description
English: Rear view of buildings erected according to the plans of Rudolf Bitzan in Dresdner Strasse, 01705 Freital, Germany. Views from East to West.

Left: Tax office since 1927, later SED district leadership headquarters. After 1990 tax office again and since the middle 1990ies office building of the German Red Cross Freital District Association. Dresdner Strasse 207.

Centre: School for commerce and trade since 1924. Now the building acccomodates the local health insurance office. Dresdner Strasse 205.

Right: Local health insurance office since 1920. After 1945 local soviet headquarters. Later seat of local GDR authorities, such as the registration office. Police station since 1995. Dresdner Strasse 203.


Deutsch: Bauten des Architekten Rudolf Bitzan an der Dresdner Straße in 01705 Freital, Deutschland. Rückseite, Blickrichtung Westen.

Links: Finanzamt seit 1927. Später SED-Kreisleitung. Derzeit Verwaltungsgebäude des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes, Kreisverband Freital. Dresdner Straße 207.

Mitte: Handels- und Gewerbeschule seit 1924. Heute Geschäftsstelle der Allgemeinen Ortskrankenkasse. Dresdner Straße 205.

Rechts: Verwaltungsgebäude der Allgemeinen Ortskrankenkasse seit 1920. Nach 1945 sowjetische Kommandantur. Später Sitz lokaler Behörden der DDR, zum Beispiel Einwohnermeldeamt. Ab 1995 Polizeirevier, später Polizeiposten. Dresdner Straße 203.
