English: Royal Victoria Pavilion, Ramsgate The Royal Victoria Pavilion, now a casino, was opened in 1904 by Princess Louise, second youngest daughter of Queen Victoria and sits right next to the sands just east of the east pier of the Royal Harbour. Beyond it, the dark terrace on the cliffs to the right is Wellington Crescent.
