[edit]DescriptionRoyal Oak (8489223775).jpg | Built in 1540, The Royal Oak in Cerne Abbas, Dorset is a fine Tudor tavern and the oldest pub in the village. The abbey was dissolved in 1539 and at the time much of the village was in ruins. It led to a time of rebuilding and the Royal was one the buildings that was put up at that time. |
