Description
English: A lookout manning a General Purpose Machine Gun on Type 23 frigate HMS Westminster during her deployment to the Middle East in 2014.

Whilst carrying out maritime patrols in the Gulf region, HMS Westminster conducted a port visit to Abu Dhabi to give the Ship's Company some 'down' time before proceeding with the last leg of her operational tour in the Gulf region.

HMS Westminster continued her patrols until mid February before handing over to sister Ship, HMS Somerset and returning to the UK at the end of the month.
