English: Rowling Gate Development. This is the rebuilt Shakespeare Avenue, which is a Home Zone area (using landscaping and traffic calming to shift the priorty away from the car). It is a 45 acre regeneration project providing 400 affordable homes and 400 private homes. The OS maps for this area are now totally out of date. |
