Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Genes of the same color are homologous. Gene P1 in Genome 1 is an illustration of a fused domain or Rosetta Stone sequence. The red portion of P1 is identical in sequence to genes P3 and P5 and the green portion is identical to P2 and P4. Therefore, genes P3 and P2 in Genome 2 are predicted to interact and their respective homologues, P5 and P4, in Genome 3 are predicted to interact.
