한국어: '안양사'명이 새겨진 암기와는 별다른 문양 없이 명문만 간단하게 배치하여 통일신라시대 타날판의 문자배치를 보여준다. 만약 안양사의 명문와가 통일신라시대에 제작된 것이라면 중초사와 안양사의 동사이명同寺異名의 가능성이 더 확실해 질 수 있으나 현재 창건기의 유구가 명확하게 조사된 것이 아니므로 향후 연구가 더 필요한 부분이다. 경상도정도 대작갑사를 고려 태조가 운문사(雲門寺)의 편액을 내린 것도 이와 유사한 사례이다. 무엇보다도 '安養寺' 명문기와의 출토로 안양의 지명유래가 된 안양사 터가 확인되었으며 문헌기록과 함게 안양사 창건시점과 주체를 유추할 수 있다. |
