Roman disc brooch
Description
English: A large fragment of a Roman disc, or plate, brooch of 'tutulus' type. The brooch has a central conical boss and has rounded projections on the edge of the rim, two of which survive. Centrally there is a dish which has a central knob. On the back is a broken catch plate.
