Roman coin: silver denarius of Plautilla
Description
English: A complete silver denarius of Plautilla, dating to 202 AD. Reece period 10, mint of Rome. Reverse; PROPAGO IMPERI, Plautilla and Caracalla facing each other and clasping hands. RIC IV, p. 362, no. 362. The coin is in reasonable condition, although many of the details are hidden under a yellowy brown crust of corrosion products.
