Roman coin: Irregular denarius copying Geta
Description
English: An irregular Roman silver-plated copper-alloy denarius copying Geta dating to c. AD 202 (Reece Period 10). SECVRIT IMPERII reverse type depicting Securitas seated left holding globe in right hand. 'Rome' mint. cf. RIC 20.

This coin has suffered small losses to its circumference, almost all of the way round, in addition to some areas of plating.
