Description

500g spelt or wholemeal flour 1 sachet instant yeast about 300ml warm water 2tbs olive oil 1 tsp sea salt either 2 tsp crushed coriander or poppy seeds

Mix the flour, yeast, seeds and salt, then add oil and enough water to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth.

Shape into a disc, about 25 cm across, and place on an oiled baking sheet.

Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for an hour. Bake at gas mark 6, 200°C/400°F for 20-30 minutes.
