English: Sgt. Jesus Contreras, from Fabens, Texas, makes fine adjustments to a rocket wrench clamp to ensure it is straight on the fuse of inert unexploded ordnance Sept. 24 at the Central Training Area. The rocket wrench is a tool that is spun by two .50-caliber blank rounds that are electrically charged, removing the fuse attached to the ordnance. If the tool is not straight it may not properly remove the fuse and could cause damage to the tool. Contreras is an explosive ordnance disposal technician with 3rd Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company, 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
