English: Robin Hood's Stride and Cratcliffe. This is the footpath which leads from the road up towards the two tors known as Robin Hood's Stride and Cratcliffe. There is great walking country in the area and features such as a stone circle and a hermits cave which is thought to have been inhabited in medieval times and features a large carving of a crucifix.
Cratcliffe Tor can be seen in the distance, Robin Hood's Stride is to the left behind the trees. |
