Deutsch: Eigentlich wollte Robert Hofmann Schauspieler werden. Und es begann nicht schlecht: Hofmann spielte Nebenrollen in Produktionen wie "Im Angesichts des Verbrechens", "Oh Boy" oder "SOKO Leipzig". Als die großen Angebote jedoch ausblieben, schwenkte Hofmann um -- fortan spielte er nicht mehr in den Filmen mit, er kritisierte sie. Als Mann vom Fach. Das Ergebnis bis dato: 155.000 Abonnenten, knapp 40 Millionen Abrufe und einer der erfolgreichsten Review-Channels Deutschlands: DVDKritik. Vom Darsteller zum Kritiker -- oder die Geschichte hinter dem Tweet: "Stehe bei MediaMarkt und frage den Verkäufer nach nem Film.
