Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Blackhorse Way was originally planned to run parallel to the M4 all the way until it almost reached the Blagrove Industrial Estate, then tunnel underneath the motorway to connect to Wharf Road. However, the road was only built up to here in the early 2010s and the extension was planned to be built shortly afterwads. But the plans were quietly shelved in the mid 2010s when the masterplan for Wichelstowe was significantly altered.
