English: Road on Rimey Law The road from Blanchland to Rookhope is followed by an on-road alternative route for the C2C National Cycle Route http://www.c2c-guide.co.uk/ although this is normally only used when the Rookhope Incline is closed for the grouse-shooting season. Note the snow poles. In the distance, the road from Rookhope to Westgate can be seen climbing over the moor. |
