| Description |
English: Road Repairs near Middlewood Tavern, Oughtibridge This 'close up' shows how close Middlewood Tavern was to the part of the A6102 that was washed away during heavy rain in June 2007. It took 18 months for the repairs to be finished ... during that time the road was completely closed to traffic. Just visible in the picture is one of the Buses which link Stocksbridge, Deepcar and Oughtibridge to the Sheffield Tram network at Middlewood. During the road closure these Buses and all traffic was diverted. |
