So obvious to objective travelers… A lot of people kind of sense the solution, but collective economic status quo is often hard to reverse. Similar redevelopments in Cozumel’s Zona Hotelera too, far removed from actual downtown life. Depressing to see old things demolished in a hurry only to end up big isolated sterile tourist traps |
