English: River Wyre Knott End across the estuary. To the right of the picture is a purpose built river launching facility with both single and twin fall totally enclosed motor propelled survival craft, which is part of the Fleetwood Offshore Survival Centre. FOSC is part of Blackpool and Fylde College's Fleetwood Nautical Campus. The centre has a fleet of rescue, survival and support craft. |
