| Description |
English: River Severn, just north of the Severn Bore Inn 8:54am. Looking downstream, within seconds of the Severn Bore arriving. Traditionally, this moment is usually marked by a distant sound of rushing water - today it was marked by the sound of two helicopters and several light aircraft following the wave upstream!
The three white dots to the right of the river are located just in front of the Severn Bore Inn - they were in fact 3 inflatable armchairs, seating 3 members of "The Dangerous Sports Club" wearing tuxedos and sipping champagne, awaiting the bore... |
