English: River Irwell Weir. With the river Irwell in full flow after heavy rain the weir 142081 is overwhelmed by the amount of flood water coming down the valley.
314938The build in the background is Irwell Bridge Mill and in the June of 2007 planning applications 48217 and 48183 was submitted to Bury Metropolitan Council planning department to convert it into offices and 12 two bedroom apartments. |
