Description
English: Pleasure launch on the Bremer River.

Travelling by boat was more relaxing than a trip over unpaved roads. Away from town the Bremer and Brisbane Rivers were lined with bush and dairy farms.

Queensland Museum holds over 1000 of Bert Roberts' plate glass negatives and prints from the era.
