Deutsch: Haus Steinbüchel, Auf’m Berg 2, Steinbüchel, Leverkusen – Ehemaliger Rittersitz Steinbüchel, ab 1150 erstmals urkundlich erwähnt, im 18. Jh. im Besitz des Deutschen Ordens. Vierflügelige Hofanlage, das große zweigeschossige Herrenhaus mit Schopfwalmdach wurde 1732 neu gebaut und Anfang des 20. Jh. überarbeitet. Herrenhaus dreiseitig verputzt, an der Hoffassade Grabplatte mit Deutschordenskreuz und Wappenstein (beide 18. Jh.), die östliche Fassadenseite mit vorkragenden Fachwerkobergeschoss (reichhaltiges Schmuckfachwerk). Wirtschaftsgebäude nach Brand im Jahr 1908 unter Einbeziehung von Resten der älteren Bausubstanz (Fachwerk) teilweise auf leicht verändertem Grundriss neu aufgebaut. Wirtschaftsgebäude in Massivbauweise, Backstein, ein- und zweigeschossig mit Sattel- und Schopfwalmdächern, Aufzugslukarnen. Bauausführung, technische Ausstattung und Schmuckgestaltung von überdurchschnittlicher Qualität. Im Norden große holzverbretterte Fachwerkscheune in fünf Fächern. Mit zum denkmalwerten Bestand gehören auch noch die Reste der ehem. Gräfte. 1999 wurde der Hof in eine Wohnanlage mit 26 Wohnungen umgebaut. 1732/1908 27.01.1987 203
