Description
Centsprent met 4 x 3 omkaderde litho's met een verhaal dat het spreekwoord 'Boontje komt om zijn loontje' in beeld brengt. Mijnheer Vos maakt mijnheer Wijsneus wijs dat er veel wild op zijn terrein zit, en nodigt hem uit te komen jagen. Heer Vos koopt hazen en konijnen en laat die los, en heer Wijsneus schiet er veel. Vos verkoopt zijn land dan aan Wijsneus, die daarna geen wild meer tegenkomt. Wijsneus pakt Vos terug door hem wijs te maken dat midden in de winter bomen vrucht dragen. Vos koopt dan zijn land weer terug en is ook bedrogen. Met tweeregelige onderschriften in Frans en Nederlands.
