DescriptionRippel (Inde, Fluss).png	Deutsch: Strömungsrippel im bewegten Flusslauf der Inde: die Form der Struktur erinnert an Dünen, weshalb man Rippel auch als subaquatische Dünen bezeichnet. Rippel sind Bodenmarken, die unter anderem durch Wind oder bewegtes Wasser (aquatisch) entstehen. Bei aquatischen Rippeln kann man bezüglich der Entstehung zwischen Wellen- und Strömungsrippeln unterscheiden. Ein anderes Bild zeigt Strömungsrippel in einem ablaufenden Priel an der Nordsee. Die Aufnahme entstand an der sogenannten "Mäanderbrücke" zwischen Fronhoven und Bourheim. Hier fließt die Inde am Rand des ehemaligen Tagebaus Inden entlang.
