English: Ringmore: near Tobys Point Looking along the coast, marginally north of west, to Stoke Point, the furthest headland, in Noss Mayo parish. In the foreground the coast path runs down to the beach at Ayrmer Cove. Westcombe beach is hidden beyond the immediate cliffs. The woodland, in the distance, right, is Broad Cliff Copse. Below it, out of shot, a stream runs down to Freshwater, a place no doubt used by the crews of sailing vessels in earlier centuries |
