English: A brain CT scan showed intra-parenchymal haemorrhage in the left hemisphere, while CT angiography showed multiple bleeding spots within the parenchymal haemorrhage and lack of opacification of the left transverse and sigmoid sinuses, suggesting thrombosis of the venous sinuses. |
