Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Replacement for File:WP on Getty images with watermark.jpg with several advantages:
  1. The Shutterstock watermark does not go above the TOO.
  2. The image actually includes something CC-BY-SA-the article text (the infobox text may be below the TOO and the photo is PD-USGOV).
  3. If they sue us for using the image w/out paying/licensing it as CC-BY-SA/claim copyright on it, we'll point out that they're:

(Line added to break numlist).

  1. Copyfrauding the image (I saw several other images like this for different presidents)
  2. Breaching the licence terms by not licensing the image as CC-BY-SA (which AFP/Getty wasn't actually doing-see Commons:Deletion requests/File:WP on Getty images with watermark.jpg). Note that that image passed for quite a bit unnoticed, however.

As a search on Shutterstock for "Wikipedia" reveals, there's plenty more where this came from.

Actually...No. Just... No.
