| Description |
English: This is a South Indian dish, made in Karnataka. Southern part of Karnataka in Western Ghats have been making delicious and healthy food. Broken rice boiled and some fried chilled added to it with pure ghee tadka. Side dish was special aloo curry, the button potatoes are grown by aunty in her farm. The fry is made in red chilly base and the other spices come together to make the journey of porridge with potatoes to heaven. Cooked by my friend (aka partner's) mother who says the secret to life is good food and make it with love. :) |
