Description
Nederlands: Dit is een van de vele gerestaureerde schepen van Hollandse origine die geheel op eigen kracht en middelen is gerestaureerd. Ze is geregistreerd als varend monument nummer 1078 (FONV). Gebouwd in 1910 te Gronigen op de werf van Vos, en teruggebracht (in eigen beheer) tot de staat van 1930. Helaas kent Nederland geen officiële lijst voor haar varend erfgoed. Dat is een gemiste kans voor een, van oudsher varende, natie.

Het is alleen te danken aan de inzet van vele enthousiastelingen (zolals ik), dat er nog zoiets als een varend erfgoed bestaat.

Dit schip heb ik in 15 jaren tijds hersteld tot haar huidige conditie, welke overeenkomt met die van 1930.
