Ελληνικά: Κεραυνός «κορδέλλα». Η μετατόπιση των φορτίων, π.χ. λόγω του αέρα, που δημιουργούν τον «αγώγιμο δρόμο» μεταξύ νέφους και εδάφους, έχει ως αποτέλεσμα την ελαφρά μετατόπιση των επόμενων εκφορτίσεων με αποτέλεσμα, οι διαδοχικές εκφορτίσεις, αντί να είναι στον ίδιο «δρόμο» όπως συνήθως συμβαίνει, να είναι ή μία δίπλα στην άλλη. Ωστόσο, επειδή οι εκφορτίσεις γίνονται ταχύτατα, ο «αγώγιμος δρόμος» δεν προλαβαίνει να μετατοπιστεί αρκετά, με αποτέλεσμα να παρατηρείται το φαινόμενο της φωτογραφίας όπου ο κεραυνός φαίνεται σαν να έχει «αντίγραφα» δίπλα του, δύο ή περισσότερα.
