The fields below are 45cm-100cm peat on top of 1m-5m Blue Clay which in turn sits over yellow sand. The trees in the background are almost at Loch Eye level which is a 160 hectare Kettle Hole Loch from the last Ice age. Annual Rainfall 800mm 10 year average. |
