| Description |
English: Rhosydd quarry shaft. Looking down one of the two massive holes in the ground at Rhosydd quarry 60518. Interestingly, only the southern of the two holes is shown on the 1940s map; so Rhosydd may still have been in use then. Actually it closed in 1930, but was mothballed until 1947. |
