Description
A .32 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver. It was housed in a custom holster (that allowed it to be fired while holstered), wrapped in a January 6, 1944 issue of the Grand Rapids Herald. The revolver, holster, and newspaper wrapping was donated to the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum by Mr. Richard Cooper, who found it in a home belonging to the Ford family in the 1940's.
