Deutsch: Der Rettichanbau in Schifferstadt wird seit 1920 gefördert und wurde von zunehmender Bedeutung für die heimische Landwirtschaft. Schifferstadt wurde bekannt für seinen Rettich und feiert alljährlich ein fünftägiges Rettichfest, zu dem eine Rettichpolka und das traditionelle Rettichboxen gehören sowie alle fünf Jahre ein Rettichfestumzug. |
