English: The male seen in this series of images has had a tendency of his testicles to slip or retract into the inguinal canals since childhood. This usually happens in cold temperatures or during strong sexual arousal when the scrotum tightens.

This 34-year-old male (recumbent) has revealed his shaved genitals when his testicles have been retracted during sexual arousal. In this collage of images is demonstrated how the male gently pushes his right testicle back to the scrotum and how the scrotum looks like after the both testicles have been pushed down to the scrotum. The location of the testicles is shown (black ovals) in the small image windowses.

Occasional testicular retraction is normal and harmless, this male finds it somewhat uncomfortable when the testicles are retracted. Sometimes the testicles retract so forcefully that they don't stay in the scrotum regardless of recurrently pushing them back. Sometimes retracted testicles may cause social embarrasment, for example after swimming in cold water abnormal anatomy of an empty scrotum may be obviously visible through swimming pants or retracted testicles may cause inconvenience and embarrasment in sexually active situations.
