[edit]DescriptionResponse requires transportation.jpg |
What do motorcycles have to with Ebola response? These motorcycles were provided by Global Communities with funding from OFDA to give transportation to contact tracing supervisors in each district in Bong County. These supervisors are in charge of making sure that contacts of Ebola cases are followed up for 21 days to see if they develop symptoms. They are also a vital link between all the communities and the county health office. For more information on Ebola and what CDC is doing, please visit: www.cdc.gov/vhf/ebola/ |
