Description
Deutsch: Auf dem Gelände der 1876 erbauten Oberpostdirektion am Postplatz in Dresden wird die „Residenz am Postplatz“ errichtet. In bester Innenstadtlage entsteht hier bis 2019 ein facettenreiches Wohnensemble mit hochwertig ausgestatteten Mietwohnungen. Verbleibende Bauteile des Bestandes werden umfassend saniert und mit neuen Geschossen ergänzt. Die Wohnanlage erhält einen großen geräumigen Innenhof.
