Description

The residence of broker George W. Surguy. Caption reads: "This beautiful home is situated at the S.W. corner of 4th Street and 15th Avenue, Indianola Summit. Gothic in Architecture, handsome interior finish. Contains billiard hall and reading room. This building stands 50 feet higher than the O.S. University. The fine lawns and surroundings make it a desirable place to live."
