Description
English: Many cassette decks (all the way to the very top) use 4000-series CMOS switches for muting, EQ and tape/source switching. Non-linear resistance of these switches in on-state may degrade the sound, and they may be replaced with either electromagnetic relays or low-resistance (3 Ohm in case of 293КП3А) bidirectional MOSFET optocouplers. Here is the suggested drop-in replacement of the 4066 EQ/muting switch in Revox B215 and the 4966 (high-voltage variant of 4066) in Marantz SD-60. The 1.5K ballast resistors are good for the Revox; for the Marantz they need an increase to around 5 kOhm each. LEDs are optional. All circuitry driving the 4066/4966 control inputs remains as is. The turn-on transient time can be improved with a speed-up RC network (rightmost schematic; worthwhile only for the Revox).

Указанные величины балластных сопротивлений в 1.5Ком - для Revox; для Marantz их следует увеличить до 5 кОм. Для ускорения включения оптронов, которое в базовом варианте составляет порядка 1-3 мс, можно использовать в балласте ускоряющую RC-цепочку (правая схема). Cветодиоды в цепях коллекторов эмиттерных повторителей - необязательная опция.
