| Description |
English: Repairing Dock, Union Canal Immediately west of the Avon Aqueduct in Muiravonside Country Park and on the south side of the canal, there was once a dry dock in which canal barges could be repaired. The dock has been out of use and permanently flooded for many a year but still contains its last occupant, a metal-bodied, wide beam scow, abandoned perhaps since the 1930s. |
